Neri Direct Venture LLC is a limited liability company that has a main purpose of being a real estate holding company for lifetime cash flow of its members. This includes, but is not limited to, flipping properties, improving properties for sale, holding properties, and developing properties. Our team brings a wide range of experience across real estate and related industries, including flip properties, commercial real estate, wholesaling, marketing, and residential realty, which allows us to approach each project with both expertise and versatility. Types of properties that NDV is interested in can be anywhere from undeveloped lots to single-family residence, multifamily residence, apartment buildings, seasonal rentals, and hotel/motel properties.
