Its main purpose is to acquire and manage the properties purchased with the intent to appreciate using the BRRR method for resale, creating value through strategic renovations and upgrades. This includes, but is not limited to, fix-and-flip properties, distressed properties, and other opportunities that will eventually be sold after improvement or repositioning.

Its primary goal is to acquire passive income real estate assets with the intention to secure them within a portfolio of similar properties that generate reliable cash flow through rental operations in the long term. This includes, but is not limited to, all commercial and residential properties such as single and multi-family rental properties, vacation homes, hotels/motels, REITs, etc. that provide a constant stream of capital while adding long-term value through appreciation.
